How to prepare Easy Veggie Burger Recipe

In US, obesity population  comprises  one third of adult population  and causes alarm in the country and dreadful diseases  such as diabetes. Several  veggies diets grown in the market to make appealing to the consumers with paying a high price.

               We are teaching you  how to make veggie burger, affordable yet healthy snacks.


1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces

1/2 onion, cut into wedges 3 cloves garlic, peeled

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon cumin

1 teaspoon Thai chili sauce or hot sauce

½ cup bread crumbs



  1. In medium bowl, mash black beans until thick
  2. Finely chop bell pepper, onion, and garlic and add mashed black beans
  3. In a bowl, stir egg, chili powder, cumin and chili sauce
  4. Mixed the egg with mashed beans. Then add it to bread crumbs, stir until become thick
  5. Lay it on frying pan. Let it stand about 8mins each side
