Shipping Information

Same Day Shipping
Shori Superstore will make every attempt to ship orders received by 1:00 PM EST on the same business day the order is received. Any order not shipped on the order date or orders placed after the 1:00 PM EST cut-off time, will ship the next business day. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable due to delayed shipping.

Special Handling
If a customer requests special handling including but not limited to special packaging, labeling, or bar-coding, the request must be submitted via e-mail to orders@shorisuperstore.com for approval prior to placing an order. Customers requesting special handling of orders are subject to handling fees, which are determined based on customers' needs.

Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are provided within 48 business hours from the time of shipment.

Over Ship or Short Shipment
If a customer or shipping addressee claims non-receipt of an item(s) on the packing slip, the customer must notify Shori Superstore at orders@shorisuperstore.com within 3 days after the stated delivery date. Once Shori Superstore has completed an inventory audit count and verified a short shipment has occured, shorted products will be shipped at Shori Superstore's expense. If an order has been overshipped, Shori Superstore will provide customers with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Lost Shipments
If a customer or shipping addressee claims non-receipt of an order even though the carrier’s tracking indicates the package(s) has/have been delivered, the customer must notify Shori Superstore at orders@shorisuperstore.com within 5 days after the stated delivery date. Shori Superstore will initiate a trace and/or claim with the carrier, which can take 30 to 60 days for the carrier to complete.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
Shipping charges are non-refundable for unclaimed or undeliverable shipments across international borders.

If a shipment is undeliverable within the United States and returned by the carrier to Shori Superstore, a refund will be issued to the customer less original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. However, If a shipment is undeliverable due to an Shori Superstore addressing error, a full refund will be issued to the customer including shipping charges.

If a shipment is refused without the right-to-refuse from Shori Superstore, a full refund will be issued less original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. In cases where the right-to-refuse has been granted, a full refund will be issued including original shipping charges.

Shipping Address Corrections
If a request is made to change the address of an order after it has already shipped, Shori Superstore will forward the request to the shipping carrier. All fees imposed by the shipping carrier for address corrections and/or changes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note, requests for address corrections are not guaranteed.

Products Shipped/Used Internationally

Manufacturer warranties are only valid in the country where originally purchased. If products are shipped outside the United States the customer assumes all responsibility and cannot hold Shori Superstore liable for warranties that cannot be honored by the manufacturer.
